Having worked with individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and faiths I've learned that we all share similar needs and feelings. I appreciate the rich diversity within human experience and understand the unique cultural and ethnic differences we embody. I believe are more alike than different, as we all seek love safety, and the to contribute meaningfully to our families and the world.

 

Additionally, I led a women's group therapy program for over 12 years, focusing on the specific mental health needs of women throughout their lives. My counseling approach is characterized by compassion, warmth, unconditional positive regard, and creative problem-solving.

 

As a highly sensitive person myself, I have significant experience working with others who share this trait. Through a blend of professional experience, education, personal healing, and yoga therapy, I can provide a diverse range of counseling tools to support you in creating a fulfilling life. I offer resources such as self-compassion, mindfulness, meditation practices, healthy coping strategies, emotional resilience, nutrition, and communication skills to aid you in your healing journey.
